We are advising two MVNOs in Spain in their negotiations with host mobile operators. We advice our client negotiation teams and represent them in critical meetings. We’ve been working as interim operational and technological managers in the process of launching a MVNO in Spain.

Interim CEO in the launching of a new internet company, for a Spanish equity fund. Our job included defining the business model, negotiating agreements with key third-parties (suppliers, regulator), preparing and presenting a sales book for possible investors, and the managing of the whole business at launch.

We have designed a plan for industrial development of a region in Spain. Our work has centered around analyzing and evaluating business opportunities that will emerge in the region, and preparing a plan for public support in the development of such opportunities. Have also interacted with local and national companies and entrepreneurs to present the plan and the opportunities. Business opportunities range from engineering to technology incubators.

Our client is a U.K. company that specializes in network optimization planning tools, a sophisticated technological solution for mobile network operators. Our work is to support their business development activities in Spain: Defining their commercial proposition for the Spanish market, developing a strategic map of contacts and strategic buyers, executing commercial meetings and supporting the delivery of solutions.
